Streaks not working or crashing
If Streaks is not functioning properly, first ensure that both the app and your iOS are updated to the latest versions. Restart your device to clear any minor glitches, and if the issue persists, try reinstalling the app. Additionally, check that you have sufficient storage and the necessary permissions enabled.
Issues with task syncing
Syncing issues can occur if iCloud is not enabled on your device. Make sure that you are logged into your iCloud account and that Streaks has permission to use iCloud. If problems continue, toggling iCloud sync off and on may help.
How to delete or reset data/account if applicable
To reset your data in Streaks, go to the app settings and look for the option to reset tasks. If you wish to delete your account or data completely, you may need to contact support@streaks.app for assistance.
